Goonellabah Public School has an active P&C with the current executive for 2020 being:

It is the role and aim of our P&C to assist wth improving facilities and resources within the school that will enable the provision of a quality education that allows students to reach their full potential.
P&C meetings provide a forum for discussion of issues and sharing of ideas. Parental input is an integral and important part of education.
Our P&C generally meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7pm in the school staff room.
Please note regular meeting dates may change due to holidays however dates for meetings are advertised in the weekly school newsletter.
The school Canteen is P&C operated and our canteen co-ordinator, Allison Knight provides healthy and affordable lunches and snacks for recess.

The P&C undertakes various fundraising activities during the year in order to provide addditional resources for our school.
Our P&C meetings are a great place to meet other people in our school community and to become aware of what's happening in the school including issues that affect our children and their learning environment.
All are welcome at our meetings, so come along and join in!
